Sabrina’s wines from Spiesheim (Rheinhessen) have been an integral part of our range almost from the beginning. She has impressed us with her exceptional wine style, which is characterised by freshness and elegance. And Sabrina is exactly the same: refreshing and elegant. True to the motto “Don’t be afraid of making the wrong decisions, otherwise you’ll miss out on the right ones!”, she is always ready to take on the challenges of the vineyard and the maturing process in the cellar.

You can expect a creative menu with accompanying wines, combined with stories and background information about the winery and our winemaker for the evening.
